Exercise Hooping

So, one of my Valentine's present was a 5 lb hula hoop! Yea! I had been mentioning to Scott for some time that I really wanted one and because he is the greatest guy ever, he ordered me one. I was SO excited when I opened the package. It's been incredibly easy and fun. A word of advice however, start slowly and yes, it is possible to bruise your belly! :)

Below I have listed a few benefits as well as a nice little pic of me in action. The hoop is spinning so it's a bit hard to see. Look closely!


Why Hula?
